Group Bookings
Fanatics: Skybox
Fanatic's can accommodate groups from 10 to 150 people and also offers an interactive "Skybox" as an exclusive group area depending on your group's needs, interests, and size. The "Skybox" offers two HD projectors, two Wii gaming systems, Guitar Hero, and a private bar. Please direct all group inquiries to our restaurant manager and we will do our best to try and accommodate your request.
Age Requirements:
Please note that after 9pm Fanatic's is an adult establishment requiring all guests to be of legal drinking age in the province of Ontario. Valid government photo identification must be provided upon request.
Deposit/cancellation:
Fanatic's requires that all corporate and private events provide a $200 non-refundable cancellation deposit. In the event that a cancellation notice is received more than 72-hours prior to the scheduled event, Fanatic's will issue a credit in the full amount of your deposit. Upon confirmation of your menu 50% of your total food order is required. Cancellation or changes will not be refunded with less than 72 hours notice.
All events are held tentatively until receipt of the signed confirmation and required deposit. Final confirmation of your event, including menu confirmation and the number of guests attending is required 72 hours prior to the event.
Fees:
Depending on the date and type of event, a venue rental fee or minimum purchase amount may be applied. You will be notified in advance of these fees.
Group Menu:
A buffet style dinner or group plated menus are available to our guests. For additional inquiries please contact us at (613) 542-3267 to speak with our Restaurant Manager.
Group Beverage Options:
- Cash: Guests order and pay for their drinks independently.
- Drink Tickets: Can be used for non-alcoholic beverages, domestic beer, 1 oz cocktail or a glass of house wine.
- Host Tab Tickets: Can be used for any choice of beverage and the charges will be added to the hosts bill.
- Open Bar: The bar will be unlimited to the guest's choice of beverages; hosts can set a budget or a limit.
- Payment: The final invoice will include applicable taxes, a 15% gratuity/service charge less any deposit received. All bills are to be paid in full after your event unless preauthorized by the Restaurant Manager for event invoicing.
